The Interview

As part of the practice recruitment  experience, you'll have the opportunity to partake in an interview that will last for 10 minutes.

A real employer interview can take up to an hour; this exercise will give you a snapshot of what to expect in a real interview and give you a head start on knowing some of the ‘typical’ questions you may be faced with.

Please come prepared with a role in mind that you will be interviewed for.

The Group Exercise

This exercise will allow you to practice demonstrating some of the behaviours and skills that are relevant when applying for roles.

It is a collaborative task, but you will be assessed individually, much as you would be for a real employer group exercise.

There is no pre-work required for this task.

The Presentation

Within the typical ‘live’ environment of an employer’s hiring process, you may be asked to deliver a presentation that helps to showcase some of your key skills and behaviours.

There is no prework required, and you will work individually in presenting to your assessor and a small group of your peers.
