In this informative session you will receive a first-hand insight into freight trading from Matthew Halsall - a commodity trading executive with over 20 years of trading experience. This exclusive insight by Matt will show you how to trade vessels and cargoes as well as using financial derivatives tools like FFA’s and Bunkers swaps.

Pagoda Pitch Up is a fantastic opportunity for you to pitch your brilliance and talent to senior industry figures.
On the day you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your skills in a speed interview situation that could result in a placement, shadowing opportunity, mentoring, or other possibilities with a great company in the North West of England. There will also be a networking lunch to hone your skills and talk to employers.

During this course you will be taught about Six Sigma by an expert Six Sigma trainer and you will complete an open book exam on the final day and receive a Certificate of Training accredited by Royal Statistical Society scheme and ENBIS (European Network of Business and Industrial Statistics).
